DESCRIPTION:The spring event date for Special Olympics North Carolina – Martin County is Wednesday April 30th! Deep South Shaved Ice will be there as well as Franklin Best with BestInflatables inc. and his fun inflatable games. There is also face painting\, popcorn to snack on\, and a yummy lunch provided by the Martin County Law Officers Association. Come out and cheer on these amazing athletes as they compete in softball and track skills. Volunteers are always needed and welcomed! One Community NC will be there and event host is also looking for additional groups or organizations who would like to attend and hand out items to the athletes (information\, bubbles\, stickers\, small toys\, fidgets\, healthy snacks\, etc.) Please reach out by sending an email to martin@sonc.net or calling/texting 252-809-2538. This will be a day of fun and memorable for those that attend this yearly event!
