ENC Babe Ruth State Softball Tournament

On June 21st to 25th, Jamesville will host the 2025 ENC Babe Ruth State Tournament, Information for this all-stars event is listed below and at the following link: encbaberuth.com.

Park Overview:

1071 St Andrews St Jamesville NC 27846

· 4 fields

o 1 concession stand

o Announcing capabilities on all 4 fields

o All dugouts covered. Electric not available in dugouts

o NO outside food, drinks, or coolers permitted. Each team will be allowed one team cooler for Frogg Toggs/cooling towels and one team cooler for fruits. Players and coaches are allowed to have a water bottle.

· First Aid

First Aid tent and vendors will be set up near the concession stand

· No PETS are allowed in the park except for service animals.

Field Assignments: (LEAGUE REP AT ALL FIELDS AT ALL TIMES)

· Field 1: 8U Field 3: 12U/14u/16u/18u

· Field 2: 10u/12u Field 4: 6u

Subject to change based on needs of tournament

Parking:

· Ballpark parking first come first serve-

· Additional parking- overflow across the street lot between Dollar General and the cemetery and at Jamesville Christian Church (address 1134 St Andrews St)

· Absolutely no trailers parked inside of the ballpark area.

· Towing will be enforced if you block others in, so be mindful when parking and pay attention to signs/cones that are placed around the area.

Entry Fee: $400 team fee

Warm up areas:

· Batting cages beside all fields.

Dugouts:

· Iced water coolers will be provided in each dugout for duration of tournament

o Cups will be provided in limited quantities

First Aid:

· Basic first aid supplies will be available at the first aid tent by the concession stand.

· The Jamesville Fire/Rescue Volunteer Department is planning to have an ambulance on site stationed if able to get enough volunteers scheduled.

o Coordination with both Fire-EMS and Police will take place prior to the tournament to ensure a response plan is in place.

Concession stands:

· Will serve sodas, Gatorades, water, hotdogs, BBQ sandwiches, Hamburgers/cheeseburgers, and a variety of candy and snacks.
